Bill was so into his homework he never heard his mother calling for him. He didn't heard the steps growing louder as they got nearer to his room. He was humming along his music, this hadn't been a good day at all. He had dreamed about "T-Tom"

Indeed his brother was standing there on his room's door, but that face wasn't the one he left three months ago, that body... wasn't as thin as he had knew it and the black braids. Bill shook his head snapping from his gaze and stood up from his work place backing from his brother.

"Go away, I don't wanna see you, get out of my room" Bill pleaded.

But Tom kept his ground "Im not going... not without you"

Bill was starting to feel the tears on his eyes, flashes of that day when he found his brother deep inside someone he didn't love were crashing his heart and making his mind settle even more.

"Get out of here, get out of my life, get out of my mind, get out.... of my heart" Bill whispered the last words already sobbing and Tom stepped forward, he was wanting so much to comfort his baby brother, to embrace him.

"Billa please I..." But Bill interrupted him with raged sobs "Please Tom set me free, let me live for once, stop being this selfish bastard you had always been... please, do it at least for the love you say you have for me"

Tom shook his head and slammed the side of his fist on the door "You don't understand; I can't fucking sleep because if I do I imagine exactly this, you crying your heart out, If I eat I won't do it calmly because I know you aren't, just... Bill we are twins you can't... go away like that"

Bill looked at Tom with so much sadness in his eyes, he was a mess in his own world why was Tom complicating everything "No, no, go away, go... A W A Y".

Simone came to the hall and put a hand in Tom's shoulder making said man to turn to him "Sweety why don't you come back some other day?" Tom frowned.

"What?... why are you on his side? Im your son too you know?".

Simone slapped Tom on his cheek making Bill flinch and going wide eyed at Simone´s snap.

"What's wrong with you Thomas Kaulitz, you hurt your own twin, you are making him suffer how come you don't see that Tom? You made me a promise long time ago, you said to me that you would protect your brother against the world... is this how you plan on doing it?"

Tom was looking at the floor finding it quite amazing now that he felt shame rising inside of him "I-I... no" He now remembered those times, when he was Tom, when they were Tomi and Billa. When the bond was stronger than ever. He gave one last look to how drained and worned out his love looked like and that made him go out of the house and drive away from his childhood home.

But both Bill and Tom knew this wasn't over, the bond was still there, pulling them together, making them long for each other. Tom smiled and Bill... Bill just cried on his mother shoulder.
